Statement of Qualifications

 

NR2 is a full service architectural firm. We offer architectural services that include bond planning, master planning, facilities assessments, design, contract documentation, construction contract administration and post occupancy services.

 

NR2 has concentrated its efforts on the Community School Districts in Texas knowing that they too need economical yet sustainable facilities, but do not always have the funding available as the larger districts. Because of our firm size, we do not have a 'sales team'; smaller to mid size Districts have learned from past experience that they truly appreciate that aspect of NR2. The people you meet from NR2 when we interview are the very same that will be with you for every step of the project

Firm History/Structure

 

NR2 Architects is a full service design firm located in Texas. The size and structure of the firm allows direct and continual principal involvment with the client from inception through project completion.

 

We assemble project teams that are made of individuals and consultants that have specialized experience in a variety of building types. Our design and managment process is inclusive. All team members are involved in every aspect of the design and coordination from inception to completion.

 

The firm is not departmentalized, allowing team members and individuals to be involved in planning, design, documentation and contract administration throughout the duration of the project.

Design Philosophy

 

Our firm is driven by a philosophy of client service. This approach by our staff and design team in itself seperates us from other firms; we are willing to go beyond the basic services. We understand that this is important to clients because we approach the design and the contruction process as a team and partnership beyween the owner, design team, consultants and contractor.

 

We are committed to innovative and responsive design solutions based on individual client and project needs.The building design is a product of the buidling program, materials, functional needs, individual characteristics and personality of each client. As a result, the clients's facility and program is the architectural expression that becomes unique to the client's design criteria and needs.
